Any Kenya visit requested by the Seller is subject to a formal Seller invitation and is fully funded by the Seller, including flights, hotel, local transportation and appropriate security. Such visit does not constitute transaction acceptance or create a payment obligation.

Release & Integrity Control
The first hash remains the pre-release revision fingerprint. Any IT change to the exact PDF, including signatures, stamps or metadata, requires a new SHA-256 for the exact final released PDF. The controlled master must not be overwritten; post-release modification requires a new revision/version and release record.
